A horse and a dog have become inseparable friends. The horse named Destiny met Orion when Orion was only an eight-week-old puppy. Orion's mom, Rebecca, brought him to the barn so that he will be comfortable around horses.
There was a time when they came to visit the barn, and Rebecca allowed Orion to get inside the stall to explore. Destiny stuck out her head so she can see Orion better. That's when all the kissing and the grooming started between the two.
Not a day goes by without Destiny and Orion being sweet with each other. Everyone can see that they adore each other very much.
Orion would be whining at home when he can't see Destiny. He would only stop barking when they are on the way to the barn. That's because Orion already knows where they're going.
There was one incident where Destiny cut her leg pretty bad. She was brought to the vet and had x-rays. Destiny needed surgery, but the vets were unable to stitch it back. There was too little skin to close the incision. It was such a terrible injury.
Destiny's leg needed to heal on its own. Orion was always there to comfort Destiny during those times. He was still at her side. It's adorable to see that animals can be there for each other in times of trouble.
These two are so close that they have copied some interests from each other. Destiny has learned to enjoy dog toys a lot. She plays with them as soon as he sees one.
Orion would eat what Destiny sometimes eats, which is grass. Orion becomes a grass-eating dog when he is with Destiny. That's how close they have become.
Rebecca is delighted to see them together, knowing that they have each other's backs. They have become a family.
