Breaking a bone and getting injured is never a fun experience. It can be one of the worst things you can experience, especially if you’re a sporty teen who is really active in sports.
That's exactly what happened to the poor boy in this video. Accidentally, he broke his leg and was stuck using crutches to get him from one place to another.
Though literally breaking a leg is not the best situation to be in, he tried his best to stay in good spirits. Thankfully, one member of the family wanted to make sure he was okay throughout the whole healing process. And what's amazing is that the family member happens to be in the form of a dog.
The video starts with the boy coming out of a room. He is walking slowly but surely as you will notice his odd walk. Notice that his leg is in a cast while he is holding on to his crutches.
Although a lot of friends had shown sympathy for the boy's plight, his pet dog, Sawyer, went above and beyond in expressing his support.
As the video continues with the boy hobbling his way out to the hallway, you can see Sawyer following right behind him. As the camera comes with a clearer view of the supportive pup, you can hear the boy’s mother burst into laughter. But no, she isn't making fun of her son. She is actually amazed at how Sawyer is copying the boy's “broken leg walk”.
Indeed, with every step Sawyer takes, he pretends to hobble like he really has a broken leg. Funny how he makes sure that he is imitating the boy properly, don't you think?
Sawyer may not know why his human brother was suddenly hobbling around on metal sticks, but that wasn't a reason to stop him from showing sympathy. What a great little pooch!
