Siberian Husky Raised This Rescue Kitten Who Now Behaves Like A Dog Too

Everyone knows all about the perpetual war between cats and dogs. It's no big secret that they're not too fond of each other, and if ever they get to live under one roof, these fur babies would basically try to kill each other every other minute. However, this is not always the case.

There are some doggos like Lilo, who would literally go out of their way just to help a cat. The Siberian husky belongs to Thoa Bui and her sisters. Aside from Lilo, they also have another husky named Infinity. But despite their obvious affinity towards canine companions, the Bui sisters are pretty much into cats, too.

So much so that Thoa, Tram, and Thi took it upon themselves to rescue abandoned cats in and around their neighborhood in San Jose, California.

Two years ago, they rescued a kitten which they named Rosie. This kitty was in terrible shape when the sisters found her. Rosie would only sit in one corner, and she wouldn't move. She wouldn't even drink milk. The sisters knew at that point that if nothing changed, Rosie wouldn't survive.

But then they noticed that their husky Lilo started showing interest in Rosie. So they decided to put them together with their fingers crossed, hoping that something good would come out of it, and it worked! The husky nursed and cuddled with the kitten, and a few hours later, Rosie started drinking her milk.

When the kitten built enough strength, she started following Lilo around the house. Rosie kept following her canine mother to the point that she started acting like a dog as well! She would even do tricks like high five and play dead, and they would go on outdoor adventures together, which is pretty unusual for a cat. Rosie actually believes she is a dog!

Whenever the Bui sisters rescue abandoned kittens, they have one routine that they always follow. They find the kittens, nurse them back to health, and find them forever homes. But seeing how much Lilo and Rosie had bonded, they decided to adopt her! And we think that it's just the right thing to do.
