Every time Jon Mancinetti is on his road trip, he always makes sure to visit rescue shelters in each city he passes by. He is a dog lover, and he loves meeting new dogs.
He helps showcase shelter dogs that need to be adopted.
Jon was on his regular road trip with his dog, Smokey, when he met another dog from a shelter. He’s the most loving dog Jon has ever met.
He captured Jon’s heart.
Jon met many dogs during his visit to Memphis. He was about to leave the shelter when one volunteer told him that he has to meet a very loving and kind dog.
The volunteer also said that the dog would be euthanized that day.
So Jon went to see the dog that the volunteer was talking about. An adorable dog named Mosey came in the room.
He started licking Jon’s face like he was showing some love. Mosey is such a loving dog!
Jon immediately fell in love with him. He knew that he needs to save him from being euthanized.
A very loving dog like Mosey deserves a home.
He then decided to take Mosey under his wing. He let him join his trip together with his other dog, Smokey.
The two dogs got along so well. Mosey was having the time of his life.
After some time, Mosey became healthier. He gained so much weight and seemed like a very different dog.
Sadly, Jon has to let him go.
Mosey was up for adoption, and Jon found the perfect family for him.
Jon can see that this family is so loving and Mosey will perfectly fit in their home.
When Jon and Mosey walked into Mosey’s new family’s doorstep, Jon immediately noticed the sign saying “Welcome Mosey! We hope you love it here”.
The house has a huge backyard where Mosey can play together with their other dogs.
The children loved him. They all gave him the warmest welcome hug.
Mosey was definitely home.
