Hurricane Irma was indeed one of the biggest hurricanes that devastated the United States.
The moment that people were told about the storm, they started to prepare their houses.
Thye reoriented their memory of possible evacuation locations.
They resupply stored food and water in case of shortage in the supplies.
Among these people who anticipated the storm was Jessica Lewis, a college student.
Jessica decided that her pet dog would go with her to her parents’ hometown in Atlanta.
But before they could go, Jessica still had to attend one more class.
Jessica got a bit concerned about how the situation would happen.
She did not want to miss a class, so she decided to ask her professor if she could bring her pet Luna with her to the class.
Jessica was nervous to ask him at first, but she would not leave Luna alone.
She was willing to do anything to ensure her dog’s safety.
Jessica sent her professor an email asking for permission to bring Luna with her.
She even included Luna’s photos in her email hoping that it would make him say yes.
It took a few minutes before her professor emailed her back.
The professor’s reply seemed like music to Jessica’s ears.
He said that he does not see any problem with Jessica and Luna together in class since the latter appears to be a friendly dog.
Jessica learned later on that her professor is also a big dog enthusiast.
It was not difficult for Jessica’s classmates and professor to like Luna.
Luna is very charming, adorable, and smart.
She behaved well throughout the class, which impressed everyone with her good behavior.
Jessica is happy that she did not miss her class and she and Luna made it to Atlanta safe and sound.
