Dog Saved By Woman After Many Tries

Patience is needed when you want something done right. Sara Ortin went to the mountain village where her family once lived. When she arrived, she found two dogs chained to a hut.

One of them was friendly while the other would not allow her to approach. This one would always try to bite Sarah every time she came close. The owners did not maintain clean water for the pair. The water bowls often had insect larvae growing in them. Yuck!

One dog was chained too tight. This tightness of the chain caused the pup to have difficulty breathing.  Sara needed to let them get used to her human touch. They seem to be unfamiliar with it. So Sara visited them every single day for the next two months. She fed them and gave them clean water.

She also spent time with them to get used to her. People asked her why she did not remove the dogs She would reply ” that’s not the way to handle it.” One day, she was able to meet the owners.

They live in a shepherd village, and most of the dogs are working dogs. The family sold their sheep but did not want to get rid of their dogs. The two were mother and daughter. At this point, Sara realized that they were doing what they thought was right, Really they did not know any better.

She tried to convince them that she would help the dogs and find the right home for them. The family said they would think about it, which they did for about three months. One day, Sara got a message that they were willing to give her their dogs.

Sara was finally able to give them a home that they deserve. Both dogs were adopted together by a beautiful couple. They live in an awesome house with a garden and a pool, and they are happy to have several other dogs who like to play.
