In 2017, Calvin Tucker had his first taste of animal rescue. This was when a gray cat showed up outside his workplace. In his recollection, Calvin said that the kitten asked for his help. During that time, Calvin does not have an affinity with cats, but something forced him to help the cat. Since then, Calvin became an animal rescuer, particularly to dogs and cats.

In September 2019, Calvin’s sixth sense of helping poor animals once again kicked in. The animal rescuer sensed that an animal needs his help. During that time, Calvin was already on his way home after a long day at work.

When he reached the expressway, Calvin saw a frightened dog trying to cross the street. It was rush hour during that time, so cars were moving so fast. Calvin knew that time that he had to help the poor pooch. Otherwise, the dog might get into an accident with one of the rushing cars.

Calvin pulled the dog over, and since the pooch still looks frightened, Calvin gave him something to eat. The man stayed with the pooch for about 20 minutes, and he realized that the pooch needs additional help.

This is because the dog was bald and looked feverish. Calvin thought that the pooch got maltreated by some people and kept him in that condition. This is why Calvin brought the pooch to a nearby veterinary clinic to get treatment. According to the veterinarian, the pooch had severe psoriasis.

Before leaving the pooch at the clinic, Calvin gave him the name Wrinkles. Wrinkles liked the name and glanced at his rescuer with puppy eyes. Calvin received a word that the pooch had to be at the clinic for a week. This is because the veterinarian will monitor the dog’s progress at healing.
