Beach Day Out: The Puppy And The Waves

A day on the beach has always been fun and exciting for families and groups of friends. The adults get to enjoy the sun, the waves, and the relaxing atmosphere altogether, while kids head to the shore with their plastic bucket and shovel to make beautiful sandcastles.

But for canines, especially puppies, the beach is more of a vast playground where they can get as messy as they want and run for miles on end. Well, this particular Golden Retriever is no exception.

Angus, the Golden Retriever, sure couldn’t get enough of the beach. Just like everybody else who wanted to have fun under the sun, Angus decided he would have his version of fun. So off he went to dig a hole right near the shoreline.

What he didn’t know was that the waves were actually right behind him, and as expected, the waves went crashing in on Angus’ hole, filling it up again with water. Angus was so upset with what had happened; he even went up to his owner to rant.

His first hole might have been ruined, but nothing was stopping him from making another one. So he got his paws ready, and then he started digging again, with his nose helping with scooping the sand.

While Angus was busy making his second hole, he could actually see the waves coming closer to him. He positioned in front of his hole to protect it. But then with a big splash, the waves ruined his hole for the second time around.

It may be frustrating to see the little pup upset, but you can’t stop yourself from smiling because of its cuteness. Angus might not have dug the perfect hole at that time, but he will soon be back in the beach to make a new one.

Watch how this puppy’s adorable fit on the beach.
