An Emergency C-section Made A Dog Mother Deliver Two Beautiful Puppies

Ella was brought in because she was having a hard time delivering her puppies. Dr. Blue was ready to help her get all her puppies out.

Jamie, Ella’s mom, explained the whole situation. Ella gave birth a day ago to one of her puppies. She has more inside of her but is having difficulty delivering them. An ultrasound was done and confirmed that there might be one or two puppies left.

Dr. Blue explained to Jamie that due to the time that has already passed, the puppies might not make it. The doctor is hoping for the best and would do another ultrasound to check for any heartbeat.

Ella would have to go through an emergency C-section to get the puppies out. If none of the puppies are breathing, the doctor would have to remove Ella’s uterus. This is to prevent any pregnancy-related problems in the future.

When the ultrasound was done, Dr. Blue saw and heard the slightest heartbeat. He immediately prepped for surgery. The puppy has lost a lot of oxygen and needed to be removed from the womb as fast as possible.

Dr. Blue was able to pull out one puppy with its placenta still attached. He was not breathing, but his physical color was promising. There was still a chance for him to survive.

Unfortunately, the second puppy that the doctor pulled out was already blue in color. It did not survive. Dr. Blue was still happy that they were able to save at least one of the two puppies. He really was not expecting any of them to be still alive.

When Ella’s parents were informed, they were very happy to see another puppy. They are also very grateful for Dr. Blue for making sure that all the dogs are safe. Ella is now a happy mother of two.
