Actress Documents Self-Quarantine With Her Pooch

Actress Documents Self-Quarantine With Her Pooch

Sarah Jefferson April 12, 2020

The coronavirus (COVID-19) is currently wreaking havoc in the lives of people across the globe. The virus has not spared anyone since even actors and big names in politics have reportedly been affected. One of the many famous actors that have gone to isolation and quarantine is Emily Ratajkowski. But the actress did it in style with her pooch.

Emily has been vocal about her support towards dogs, and since then, she made it known through her social media platform that she owns a dog. She named the pooch Colombo. But since she is very busy with work, Emily does not have the luxury of time to engage with her dog most of the time.

Even then, the actress makes it a point to let the dog feel how much she loves him. She does this by giving the things and food the dog needs. Emily also provides some of her precious time to pet the pooch.

Amid the government's announcement of self-quarantining, the actress saw this as an opportunity to be closer to her pooch. Emily posted on her Instagram page that she, her husband, and Colombo spent the self-quarantine together.

Emily posted a series of photos with her pooch. The images showed how affectionate the pooch was towards Emily as they cuddle in the bed. Emily said that the pictures were taken inside their New York home and that she wants to take this opportunity to be with her pooch.

Since there are rules in place, Emily said she made sure that she followed the protocols. For one, she regularly washes her hands and disinfects her home. This way, Emily is assured that she is safe from the wrath of the coronavirus. Emily, meanwhile, wishes people well as they stay in their respective homes during this time of adversity.
