The Doggy

A Little Boy Receives A Puppy As A Gift From His Parents After Recovering From Brain Surgery

After two-year-old Branson Figueroa of New Hampshire underwent successful skull reconstruction surgery, his family celebrated by adopting Thanos, a Boston terrier. Branson and Thanos hit it off right away and became close friends.

Soon after getting their new puppy, the family began to suspect that something wasn’t quite right with their pet.

The canine was brought to the vet, who tested the dog and believed he may have hydrocephalus, a condition similar to Branson's. Doctors need to run some tests before they can determine the severity of the dog’s condition. Hopefully, the dog will be able to get past this obstacle just like how Branson was able to overcome his.

Dogs can get sick too. They get colds, allergies, and stomachaches, and they even die from time to time. They can also get hurt by accidents or toxins in their environment.

That's why if you have a dog, you always have to be ready for the worst. When your pet is sick, you will want to do anything you can to help it get better. But sometimes, pet owners put off seeing a vet for their animals when they're not feeling well.

But, seeing a vet is the best way to ensure that your pet's getting the proper treatment required to make it feel better. Some people also try to use home remedies because they are less expensive or more convenient than a trip to the veterinarian. However, sometimes the signs of illness are subtle and require an experienced eye to diagnose correctly.

And if you love your pets, remember that your vet has much more education and experience with your pet than you do. A vet can tell you what’s making them sick and give them the proper care they need. So pay attention to your dog whenever they show signs of illness or injury and take action right away.
